1. Registration: * Upon registration, the student signs a binding declaration to all regulations and laws. According to this declaration, the student is subject to all the laws and regulations of the centre.
Those wishing to enroll in the courses must register early and confirm their registration by paying the full course fee before the course begins. No seat in the course can be guaranteed unless the fees are paid.
Late registration requests may be accepted if seats are available, in which case late registrants must pay the full tuition fees before attending their first class.
2. Course cancellation: The centre reserves the right to cancel courses if the minimum number of registered students is not completed. In this case, students may direct the tuition fees to another specific and parallel course in the following semester.
*Sold textbooks cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Withdrawal and Course Postponement Policy: A student who wishes to withdraw from a course must do so before the second lesson of the course and must submit a written request to the Registration Coordinator before the second lesson.
No one wishing to withdraw from any course can return the textbooks or get a refund for them.
If a student wishes to postpone joining the course to the next semester, they must submit a written request for the postponement to the registration coordinator before the third class. Requests will not be accepted after that, and there are no exceptions in this regard.
* The postponement of studies is permitted to a specific and parallel course in the next semester.
If the student does not register for one of the courses in the next academic semester, they waive the tuition fees.
4. Commitment: All students must commit to attending lectures and not to be frequently absent , which may lead to the student being deprived of sitting for the exam at the end of the course. Absence for more than four lectures exposes the student to being deprived of sitting for the exam.
5. Behaviour: All students are requested to adhere to behaviours that show respect for the centre, its teachers and fellow students. 6. Exams: For the General English course, the student takes an exam at the end of each level, which transfers to the next level after passing the exam. If he fails, he must repeat the level. This. As for the rest of the courses, there are no supplements or alternatives.
